I am writing this article to warn everyone about the website WPPNT (https://wppnt.com/), which I recently had an unfortunate experience with. I hope my story helps others avoid the same situation.

Here is what happened:

I purchased a premium theme from the website, which cost me $2.90. After downloading the theme, I realized that the activation code was missing in the zip file. As it was mentioned on the website that they offer 24/7 customer support, I reached out to them multiple times for help. However, I received no response.

Frustrated, I decided to call them on WhatsApp, thinking that maybe I would get a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, when I called, the person on the other side got angry with me and promised he would help, but nothing was done. It has been over 10 hours, and I still haven’t received any activation code or even an email from their side. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable.

I also want to highlight that the website claims to provide 24/7 support, yet when I needed help the most, I was ignored and treated rudely. This has caused me so much frustration, and I feel scammed by this website. I trusted them and made a purchase, but I haven’t been able to activate the theme because they haven’t sent me any information.

For anyone considering making a purchase on WPPNT, I would highly advise against it. They have shown nothing but poor customer service and dishonesty. I am not the only one who should be concerned, and I hope this article can prevent others from falling victim to this scam.
